The iconic entertainer stunned in a glitzy, sleek ensemble reminiscent of her iconic look from 35 years ago when she performed her hit song ‘If I Could Turn Back Time’ at the annual amfAR Gala in Cap d’Antibes, France. This prestigious event, held alongside the Cannes Film Festival, is dedicated to raising funds for AIDS research.
Earlier in the evening, Cher graced the red carpet with her partner, Alexander Edwards in a stunning floor-length gown. Despite their significant age gap of 40 years, the couple displayed affection, holding hands and sharing kisses for the cameras.

She also posed alongside her longtime friend Demi Moore, who later introduced her performance at the gala. Before Cher took the stage, a date with her in Malibu, California, was auctioned off for $150,000, with proceeds supporting AIDS research.
As Moore enthusiastically introduced Cher, highlighting her numerous accomplishments and iconic status, the audience erupted into cheers. Cher then wowed the crowd with a four-song set, starting with ‘Walking In Memphis’ and culminating in a spirited rendition of ABBA’s ‘Waterloo.’
For her performance of ‘If I Could Turn Back Time,’ Cher made a memorable entrance in a black curly wig and a sheer bodysuit, reminiscent of her daring look from the song’s iconic music video in 1989. Despite MTV deeming the outfit too risqué at the time, Cher confidently flaunted the nostalgic ensemble, captivating the audience with her timeless charisma.
Before her final song, Cher shared a personal anecdote about overcoming adversity in her career and performed her 1998 dance anthem ‘Believe,’ showcasing her enduring talent and captivating presence.
