At the end of the month, on July 26th, New York rapper Ice Spice is set to release her highly anticipated debut album, ‘Y2K.’ Little is known about the album so far and the rapper has yet to share its tracklist. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the 2024 BET Awards, Ice Spice was asked about the album’s featured guests. The rapper declined to reveal who will appear on the album but confirmed that it will feature “a couple” of collaborations. ET went on to mention Taylor Swift specifically, asking if Spice would “return the favour” after Swift invited the New York rapper to hop on a remix of ‘Karma.’

“I think she did me the favour,” Spice replied, suggesting that Swift helped expose the rapper to a larger audience. Ice Spice coyly added about a potential Taylor Swift collab on ‘Y2K’: “I don’t know, we’ll see, we’ll see.”

Ice Spice has also announced European and North American tour dates in support of ‘Y2K.’ In July, the rapper will trek across Europe for a run of festival performances, including Roskilde, Open’er, Wireless, and more. Later in July, she returns to North America, where she’ll begin a slew of headlining shows, with support from Cash Cobain through late August.
