Dua Lipa Stuns in Elegant Lace Outfit at Time100 Gala

At the Time100 Gala in New York City on 25th April, Dua Lipa, one of Time100’s important personalities for 2024, demonstrated her influence. The British artist, 28, looked stunning in a couture Chanel dress made of white flowery guipure lace and embellished with crystals and aluminium rings. The dress was inspired by a style from the fashion house’s Métiers d’art 2023/24 collection.

Above her belly, a white resin ornament and a black bow highlighted the plunging v-neckline of her attire, which revealed a slight cut-out. Her skin was subtly displayed by the silver and white lace gown, which was accessorized with delicate diamond rings and a necklace. Her bright red hair was worn in free waves to accentuate her pink makeup.

Ahead of the release of her third studio album, ‘Radical Optimism,’ Lipa was named one of Time100’s Most Influential People. She has already released singles, including ‘Houdini,’ ‘Training Season,’ and ‘Illusion.’ She also dabbled with acting, landing parts in movies such as 2023’s ‘Barbie’ and 2024’s action comedy ‘Argyle,’ the latter of which featured the Grammy-nominated song ‘Dance the Night’ on its soundtrack.

Speaking about ‘Radical Optimism,’ which is slated for release on 3rd May  Lipa highlighted her development, recognizing how she has changed since her debut album and welcoming obstacles as chances to grow and learn. 

She provided fans with an intimate view into the making of the album by revealing behind-the-scenes photos, which featured her strikingly bleached eyebrows for the album art shot.

Lipa revealed yet another metamorphosis in her April 2024 ELLE cover story. She wore a huge beehive hairstyle and ’60s-inspired makeup, radiating her trademark confidence and flair.
