Finn Wolfhard Shares Experience with Ghost Slime Taste from ‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’

In ‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’, Finn Wolfhard, who is well-known for his parts in television series like ‘Stranger Things’, explores the paranormal once more. He recently revealed details about his slimy experience in the film, including how ghost slime tasted, which he oddly thought wasn’t too horrible.

A new generation of Ghostbusters assumes control in ‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’, where the Spengler family teams up with the original Ghostbusters to take on a fresh threat in New York City. Some of the movie’s best moments feature Trevor Spengler, played by Finn Wolfhard, meeting the lovable ghost Slimer.

Wolfhard was excited about his character’s encounter with Slimer, calling the scene “crazy” and looking forward to getting slimed. He clarified that a mechanism that shot a gelatinous mixture out of his chest was used to create the sliming scene using practical effects.

Wolfhard reported that, in contrast to his expectations, the experience was enjoyable and that the ectoplasm tasted surprisingly tolerable.

Thinking back on the behind-the-scenes work of the scene, Wolfhard revealed that the slime tasted a lot better than the fake blood. He thought it was much better than sugary fake blood, describing it as thick and minty like water.

Fans can get a behind-the-scenes look at ‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’ thanks to Finn Wolfhard’s insights into the film’s production, which is still running strong in theatres. The film aims to amuse viewers of all ages with its blend of humour, nostalgia, and spooky thrills.
