Halle Berry Scores ‘Mom Points’ as Son Meets David Beckham

Thanks to David Beckham, Halle Berry fulfilled one of her son’s biggest dreams when 10-year-old Maceo-Robert Martinez met the former soccer star at Inter Miami’s game against the LA Galaxy on 25th February.

Expressing gratitude on Instagram, Berry posted photos from the game, where she smiled with her arm around Maceo-Robert and another snapshot showed Beckham engaging with the preteen and another fan. In a subsequent post, she shared a video of Beckham chatting with Maceo-Robert and giving him a high-five, describing Beckham as “so kind” and highlighting the moment when a child meets their hero, exceeding all expectations.

Berry, who shares Maceo-Robert with ex-husband Olivier Martinez, also posted pictures with fellow movie star Halle Bailey at the game. The actress is a mother to 15-year-old Nahla Ariela Aubry with ex Gabriel Aubry.

In a 2021 interview on Live with Kelly and Ryan, Berry mentioned that her kids are “comfortable” with her relationship with boyfriend Van Hunt, revealing that her son orchestrated an impromptu “commitment ceremony” for them in the back seat of the car.

Notably, Saint West, son of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, also had a memorable experience at the game, walking onto the field with Lionel Messi before the La Galaxy vs Inter Miami match. Kardashian shared the moment on social media, expressing that Saint was “living the absolute dream.”
