Harry Styles and Taylor Russell End Relationship After Less Than a Year of Dating

Grammy-winning singer Harry Styles, 30, and ‘Bones and All’ star Taylor Russell, 29, have parted ways after a relationship spanning less than a year, according to sources at PEOPLE. The Sun first reported the news.

Earlier this month, a music insider informed PEOPLE that Styles and Russell’s relationship was progressing well almost a year after they were first linked. The two were reportedly getting “fairly serious” after travelling together and spending time in England.

Describing Styles as a “private person,” the insider noted that both he and Russell shared an interest in keeping their now-ended relationship low-key.

Speculation about the romance between the ‘As It Was’ musician and ‘Lost in Space’ actress began in June 2023 when they were spotted together for the first time. In July of the same year, Russell was seen enjoying Styles’ concert in Vienna, Austria, from the VIP section. The following day, they were photographed spending time together in the city.

In August, Styles attended the opening night gala of Russell’s play, ‘The Effect’, at the National Theatre in London. Photos captured the pair looking cosy at an afterparty later that evening.

During their relationship, Russell discussed her dating preferences and struggles with The Face magazine, emphasizing her need for a partner who could draw out her feelings. The actress expressed her reluctance to openly share emotions without being prompted.

Throughout their time together, Styles and Russell were seen together on various occasions, including a coffee run in London in September, attending a U2 concert in Las Vegas in November (where Styles debuted a new buzz cut), and taking a stroll through London’s Hampstead neighbourhood in January.

Previously, Styles was romantically linked with Olivia Wilde for nearly two years before their relationship went on a “break” in November 2022. Russell’s last known relationship was with her ‘Waves’ co-star Lucas Hedges.
