Jeremy Allen White has a hobby many people can relate to: endlessly browsing real estate listings with no plans to buy anything.
On a bonus episode of the 'Smartless' podcast, the actor shared how scrolling through homes helps him fully relax when he's not working. He admitted he loves watching real estate reality shows and spends a lot of time on Realtor and Zillow apps, imagining what life might be like in different places rather than actually shopping for a home. He even joked that he sends listings to friends, who tell him he should just buy one already.
White also said he's especially excited about the return of 'Owning Manhattan' for a second season and praised the show's star, Ryan Serhant, saying he finds him impressive.

Jeremy Allen White's Interest in Real Estate
The 'Bear' star explained that whenever he travels for work, goes on a road trip, or passes through a charming small town, he automatically checks what houses are available nearby. He often finds himself wondering what it would be like to own a place there and visit regularly.
When asked about the strangest place he seriously considered living, White pointed to Bisbee, Arizona. During a cross-country road trip about a decade ago, he stopped there and was immediately drawn to the town’s desert setting, colourful buildings, and hillside views.

He described it as tiny, remote, and full of character. After staying overnight at a bed-and-breakfast and chatting with locals, he noticed that many people had simply passed through, opened a business, and ended up staying for good. White eventually moved on, but he admitted he spent about six months daydreaming about buying a small house there.
