Jonah Hill is barely recognisable in his latest film, showing off a bold new look that includes a shaved head and a silver beard.
Apple TV shared first-look photos from 'Outcome,' a new movie written, directed by and starring Hill, 42. The images also feature Keanu Reeves, Cameron Diaz and Matt Bomer. In one shot, Hill is seen standing beside Reeves on what appears to be a Hollywood studio lot, resting a hand on his shoulder. Other photos show Reeves, 61, Diaz, 53, and Bomer, 48, relaxed and smiling together while sitting on a bed.

'Outcome' centres on Reef Hawk, a former child star who has been famous since the age of six and is struggling behind the scenes. When he discovers an extortion scheme involving a mysterious video, he sets off on a personal redemption journey, hoping to face his past, make amends and prevent public backlash.

According to reports, Reeves plays Reef, while Diaz and Bomer portray his lifelong friends. Jonah Hill takes on the role of Ira, a crisis lawyer. The film also features an impressive supporting cast that includes Martin Scorsese, Susan Lucci, Laverne Cox, David Spade, and others.
Views on 'Outcome'
'Outcome' marks Jonah Hill's third project as a director, following 'Mid90s' in 2018 and the 2022 documentary 'Stutz.' His most recent acting role was in the 2023 film 'You People.' During a press event for 'Outcome,' Hill explained that the movie reflects how social media has changed the way people view themselves, often placing too much importance on the opinions of strangers rather than those closest to them.
Diaz also shared her thoughts on the film, noting that it explores modern celebrity culture and how fame has become more accessible than ever. She pointed out that viral moments can make anyone feel famous, even briefly, and questioned whether chasing that feeling is truly healthy for society.

Reeves and Diaz were first announced as part of the cast alongside Hill in March 2024, and the actors were later spotted filming in Los Angeles that May. Diaz recently returned to acting with the 2025 Netflix film 'Back in Action,' marking her first movie role in over a decade.
'Outcome' premieres on Apple TV on 10th April. Hill also has another film on the way, 'Cut Off,' which he co-wrote, directed and stars alongside Kristen Wiig. That project is set to be released on 17th July.
