Kristen Stewart is opening up about married life and sharing rare details about her relationship with wife Dylan Meyer, less than a year after their wedding.
In a recent interview with Esquire, the 35-year-old actress reflected on what she has learned since marrying Meyer in April. The couple exchanged vows during an intimate ceremony at the Los Angeles restaurant Casita Del Campo.

Stewart said marriage has shown her the strength that comes from building a life with the right people. Having a family, she explained, brings a sense of grounding and belonging that she didn't always feel before. Meeting Dylan Meyer also reinforced how important it is to choose the people you keep close carefully.

She described Meyer as someone who is direct, confident, and grounded, adding that being with her has helped her feel supported and reminded her that she has control over her own life.
The couple, who began dating in 2019 and got engaged in 2021, enjoy spending quiet time together at home. One of Kristen Stewart's favourite shared activities is reading aloud to Meyer, along with their two cats and dog. She especially enjoys sharing classic novels, saying that experiencing books together feels comforting and meaningful.

Even so, Stewart values having time to herself. She often takes an hour or two alone in the mornings before Meyer wakes up, using that time to recharge. As someone who is usually surrounded by people, she says those quiet moments help her reconnect with herself.

Soon after their wedding, Meyer shared photos from the ceremony, which was attended by close friends and family. In the images, the couple shared a kiss and showed off their relaxed wedding looks, with Meyer in an off-white mini dress and Kristen Stewart in a grey skirt and blouse set.
Following their wedding, Stewart and Meyer made several public appearances together, including at an Oscars after-party and on the red carpet at major awards events.

Earlier this year, Kristen Stewart also spoke about her hopes of starting a family someday. She shared that while she doesn't know exactly what that will look like, she feels strongly about wanting children and hopes that chapter of her life begins sooner rather than later.
