Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi fully embraced method dressing as they stepped out for the Los Angeles premiere of 'Wuthering Heights' on 28th January, wearing coordinated looks that reflected the film's dark romance.
Robbie appeared in a striking, form-fitting Schiaparelli gown featuring a nude lace bodice that flowed into a dramatic black-and-red train shaped like flower petals. The three-time Oscar nominee elevated the look with the iconic Cartier Taj Mahal necklace from the Elizabeth Taylor Archive and Estate. The historic jewel was originally gifted to Taylor by Richard Burton for her 40th birthday in 1972.

Speaking on the red carpet, Robbie explained that she and her stylist, Andrew Mukamal, are always intentional about her fashion choices, adding that the rich history behind the necklace made it a fitting match for the dramatic gown. She completed her look with custom Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings crafted from vintage stones set in blackened bronze and gold, along with a diamond ring from the same designer and additional jewels from Fred Leighton.
Elordi complemented Robbie's gothic glamour by wearing an all-black suit and black shoes, standing out against the event's all-white backdrop while subtly coordinating with his co-star.

The pair star as Catherine and Heathcliff in the upcoming film adaptation of Emily Brontë's 1847 novel, which tells the story of two childhood friends whose love is complicated by social class and circumstance.

Ahead of the film's release, Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi shared behind-the-scenes memories in an interview with Vogue Australia. Robbie recalled a thoughtful Valentine's Day gesture from Elordi during filming that left a lasting impression. While shooting on the holiday, Elordi filled her room with roses in character as Heathcliff, along with a handwritten note and a small tombstone prop that symbolised the story they were bringing to life.
Jacob Elordi later joked that Margot Robbie did not plan anything special for him that day, but he took it in good spirits. Robbie admitted his gesture was unforgettable and said it made her think he would be a very good boyfriend, noting how much care and thought went into what he did.

In a separate interview with Fandango published earlier this month, Elordi shared that there were moments on set when the emotional connection between the characters felt very real. He described times when they were running hand in hand through the moors and briefly locking eyes, realising they were fully immersed in the love story of Catherine and Heathcliff.
'Wuthering Heights' is set to bring Brontë's timeless romance to the big screen with a fresh and emotionally charged take.
