It took two decades for the 'The Devil Wears Prada' cast to reunite for a sequel, so naturally, fans are already wondering if a third film could happen. And according to Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt, it's definitely possible—but only under the right conditions.

For Streep, the answer is simple: it all comes down to the script. Blunt agrees, saying the story has to be strong enough to bring everyone back. Hathaway adds that beyond a great script, the entire core cast would need to be on board, including Stanley Tucci, making it a full reunion of the original favourites. Streep even joked that, of course, everyone involved would need to still be around for it to happen.

The latest film brings back Streep as the iconic Miranda Priestly, alongside Hathaway's Andy Sachs, who has grown into a powerful role at 'Runway.' The story sees them reconnect with Emily Blunt's Emily Charlton, now a major player in the fashion world, as they navigate a new chapter together.

Cast Reflects on Coming Back to 'The Devil Wears Prada 2'

Reflecting on returning to these characters after so many years, Anne Hathaway shared how much her life has changed. She recalled being in her early twenties during the first film and feeling uncertain about her path, which actually helped shape Andy's character. Now, she says, her life feels more settled and complete, making the experience of revisiting the role very different.

Meryl Streep, on the other hand, found it surprisingly easy to step back into Miranda's world, saying the character never really leaves you. Blunt echoed that sentiment, adding that slipping back into Emily's sharp and dramatic personality was both natural and fun.

While a third film isn't confirmed yet, one thing is clear: if the right story comes along and the full cast is ready, the door to another 'Devil Wears Prada' chapter is definitely open.
