In his latest role as Darren Barrenman in the upcoming film ‘Poolman,' Chris Pine undergoes a striking transformation with a long beard and hairstyle. Barrenman, a pool attendant by day, unveils a surprising side hustle that thrusts him into an unexpected adventure. This character finds himself entangled in an investigation involving a corrupt politician, all while navigating the complexities of an enigmatic partner-in-crime portrayed by DeWanda Wise.

Pine offers insights into Barrenman's character, hinting at his optimistic and dreamy nature.
