Global pop icon Shakira is all set to return to India after a long gap of 19 years, sending waves of excitement among fans. The Grammy-winning superstar will make her first live appearances in the nation since her historic 2007 tour in April 2026 when she performs in Mumbai and Delhi as part of the 'Feeding India Concert.' Shakira, who is well-known for her captivating live performances and worldwide singles like 'Hips Don't Lie' and 'Waka-Waka,' is expected to make a huge musical comeback this year.

A Long-Awaited Return: Shakira's India Comeback

Nearly 19 years after her last performance on Indian soil, global pop superstar Shakira is returning to India in April 2026, and fans couldn't be more excited. The Colombian singer, who is well-known throughout the world for her electrifying stage performances and number-one singles, will perform in Mumbai on 10th April and in Delhi on 15th April.

These performances are a part of the 2026 Feeding India Concert, a music-for-change event that raises awareness of nutrition and hunger among children. 

For the first time, the 'Feeding India Concert' will take place in multiple cities, making it a noteworthy cultural occasion for Indian music fans. Only District by Zomato will sell tickets for both performances, with HSBC cardholders receiving early access at a specific time before regular sales begin. Shakira's last appearance in India was in 2007 as part of her 'Oral Fixation Tour,' where she wowed audiences in Mumbai.

Her comeback after so many years proves her continued popularity throughout the world as well as the deep affection Indian fans have for her music.

The Mahalaxmi Racecourse, a busy location that has played host to important live events, will host her concert in Mumbai on 10th April. A few days later, on 15th April, she will bring her enthusiasm to Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, where she will perform her trademark blend of crowd-pleasing oldies, dance-floor sounds, and powerful vocals.
