Ryan Toby, known for his role in ‘Sister Act 2.' recently had a flood of memories as he reunited with his castmates from the beloved 1993 film on a special episode of 'The View.' This gathering, held to celebrate the movie's 30th anniversary, brought back nostalgic moments for Toby and his fellow actors, who joined View host and Sister Act star Whoopi Goldberg for the occasion.
Reflecting on the experience in an exclusive interview, Toby expressed a range of emotions, from tears and laughter to reminiscing about both good and embarrassing memories shared during filming. Despite not being someone inclined towards reunions, Toby described this event as significant and deeply emotional.

‘Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit’, a sequel to the 1992 film 'Sister Act,' continued Goldberg's character as "Sister Mary Clarence," who, under the guise of her witness protection program identity, attempts to teach singing to students in a struggling school to save it from closure.
Toby was part of a talented ensemble of young actors in the film, including Gossfield, Hill, Hewitt, Calhoun, Kater, Hall, Martin, Howard, Nichelle, Montell, Trotter, and Thompson. Most of the cast, except for Hewitt and Hill, were present at the reunion, adding to the nostalgic atmosphere.
Earlier this year, Goldberg hinted at the possibility of ‘Sister Act 3’, indicating that it's still in the works. However, details about the third instalment remain under wraps. Despite the uncertainty, Toby remains eager and prepared for any opportunity that may arise regarding a continuation of the Sister Act series.
