Sofía Vergara Says She and Joe Manganiello Divorced After Disagreement on Kids

Sofía Vergara has opened up about the reasons behind her divorce from Joe Manganiello in a recent interview. At 51, Vergara shared that the divergence in their desires to expand their family played a pivotal role in their separation.

The actress explained that the age gap became a significant factor, with Manganiello, at 47, expressing a desire for children while she, already a mother, was not keen on becoming a parent again.

The ‘Griselda’ star voiced her perspective on motherhood, expressing a reluctance to be an older mother, deeming it unfair to the child. Vergara, who already has a 32-year-old son, Manolo, from her previous marriage to Joe Gonzalez, shared her readiness to embrace the role of a grandmother rather than a mother.
