This eight-episode prequel series picks up right where ‘The Batman’ left off. It will delve into the backstory of Oswald Cobblepot, aka The Penguin, charting his rise to power in Gotham’s criminal underworld and exploring how he becomes one of Batman’s most notorious adversaries.
