Grande, a pop powerhouse with a voice that can fill stadiums and Erivo, a critically acclaimed actress with a captivating stage presence, offered a dynamic duo that energised the entire ceremony.

Their arrival hinted at the highly anticipated film adaptation of the beloved musical. Grande, a vision in a delicate pink gown, subtly embodied the charm of Glinda the Good Witch, while Erivo, adorned in emerald hues, channelled the enigmatic Wicked Witch of the West. This playful nod to their upcoming roles sent a thrill through the audience, both in the Dolby Theatre and at home.
