Anni-Frid Lyngstad

Anni-Frid Lyngstad of ABBA made an unexpected appearance at the ABBA Voyage concert in east London. The ‘revolutionary’ concert series kicked off in May at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park's specially constructed ABBA Arena.  A 10-piece live band supports the digital versions of the Swedish pop icons as they play a hit-filled show. After the show's conclusion, an announcer delivered a surprising announcement over the PA. “You have been in the presence this evening of Frida, who sends her best wishes to you all.”
