Ananya Birla Arrives with New Single: ‘Everybody’s Lost’

Indian singer-songwriter, Ananya Birla has arrived on the music scene with a brand new track. And, this one is an ode to confusion, and the idea of letting go. Titled, ‘Everybody’s Lost’, the track details a time of uncertainty in one’s life. But, that’s not all; it arrived with its very own music video.

Birla has stayed active in the music industry all through the pandemic. And, the result? A string of singles and one-off releases inspired by the times. Undeterred by the circumstances, her discography now includes two tracks that have arisen from the quarantine. Speaking of the surreal times we’re living in, she released ‘Let There Be Love‘ earlier this year. And, now, ‘Everybody’s Lost’ joins the roster.

BirNow, earlier this year, in an interview with RJ Melbin of IndigoMusic.com, she spoke of her time in quarantine and the perspective the global pandemic brought to her life. “I’ve really had to learn how to slow down, you know,” she said. And, with ‘Everybody’s Lost’, it’s clear that she’s looking at finding a new normal – going with the flow and practicing acceptance.
