BTS Set to Host First Concert in Months; Details Here

The BTS ARMY can finally rejoice as news of the group’s upcoming concert has officially broken. BTS’ label – BigHit Labels – announced earlier today that the group is set to host their first concert in months since the arrival of the pandemic. The event will be called “MAP OF THE SOUL: ON: E”. Further, it will feature both as an in-person and online streaming event simultaneously. 

BTS’ First Concert in Months

BTS, have been making the most of their online presence to stay in touch with fans during the COVID-19 pandemic. So, this concert will see them reuniting with fans for the first time in months. The concert will be held on the 10th and 11th of October, 2020. According to a statement from the band’s management, “Only limited seating will be available for purchase in accordance with government-mandated concert seat distancing measures for COVID-19 prevention.” 

In addition, it has been reported that the concert will see performances of tracks from BTS’ album “Map of the Soul: 7”. And, considering the fact that the pandemic hit the world on a global scale just as their album promotions were set to start, fans couldn’t be more excited to reunite with the group. 

News About a New BTS Era

Further, in a media briefing about the label’s plans for the rest of the year, news about their album was revealed. It was announced that BTS’ new studio album will release in the fourth quarter of the year (October-December period). 

ARMY has taken over Twitter trends ever since the news broke. In addition, BTS fans were also treated to the second visual teaser of their upcoming track, ‘Dyanmite’, late last night.
