Cardi B’s Got the Sugar for Offset!

Trust Cardi B to go wild with ideas and she surely won’t disappoint! And proof of this was when the singer went all out to celebrate her husband, Offset’s, 28th birthday with the most over-the-top gift of $500,000 in cash.

The two also made a red carpet appearance and Cardi ringed in Offset’s birthday in all extravagance, quite literally. Taking to Instagram, Cardi B shared a video of her revealing the gift to rapper, Offset. In the video, Cardi began by saying, “You got every car, you got every jewellery, you got everything. What else can I give someone that got everything.” The “Bodak Yellow” rapper then signalled her friend to open the fridge which was behind Offset and there sat a cool $500,000 in cash. A surprised Offset was obviously left a bit stunned by this gesture. Cardi B said she could not decide what to get Offset because he already has “everything.” So, she chose to give him money, telling him he was free to go buy whatever he wanted.

While some have deemed this #RelationshipGoals, many others say that Offset did not deserve the gift from his wife. The superstar recently opened up about the very public tribulations that she and her husband, Migos member Offset, had experienced during the past year. She believes in forgiveness and spoke more on why she decided to stay with the rapper after a highly publicised cheating scandal. Cardi is committed to her marriage and she proved it yet again!
