Irene & Seulgi Tease New Follow-up Track ‘Naughty’

After creating quite a splash with their debut EP, ‘Monster,’ Irene and Seulgi have refused to rest on their laurels. The duo, who also form a part of the hit girl-group ‘Red Velvet,’ are now offering up a taste of something new.

Irene and Seulgi are gearing up to drop their follow-up single titled, ‘Naughty’ and have already released the tune’s teaser. 

The brief teaser offers up quite the juicy bite, both in terms of visuals and sounds. Juggling between peppy beats and a groovy baseline, the tune rises to a crescendo which features the duo’s distorted vocals. Once we get a taste of that, each element fades away and lets the visuals do the talking. 

We witness Irene and Seulgi traversing through different landscapes in the teaser. From a large office space with psychedelic paintings to a stunning cityscape to a crumbling bridge recreating itself – the girls dominate all spaces. And just as the song fades out, we see the duo reunite, their backs to the camera. 

‘Naughty’ is slated to drop on July 20th and will be followed by solo performance videos. Currently, Irene and Seulgi are still bathing in all the victories, ‘Monster’ brought home. 

They’re also scheduled for live performances of the title track on ‘Music Core,’ and ‘Inkigayo’ all set to take place over the weekend.
