Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Get Hitched After 20 Years!

Twenty years after their initial romantic encounter, actors Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck wed in Las Vegas. Before they reconciled last year, they had a protracted breakup. 

Additionally, Jennifer Lopez, better known by her stage moniker JLo, has changed her name to Jennifer Affleck. In 2002, the couple became engaged, however, they broke it off a year later. Before getting back together last year and getting engaged in April, they both went their separate ways, married different people and had children.

Jennifer’s close friend and hairstylist Chris Appletown posted a picture of her bridal ensemble on Instagram. “Last minute feelings before the wedding…” Chris commented with a video he shared of Jennifer spinning in a plain white wedding gown.

In the video, Chris can be heard asking Jennifer about how she is feeling, to which she replies, “I’m feeling amazing”. Talking about the dress, she says, “I’ve been saving it, saving it, saving it and now I’m finally wearing it…on my wedding day”.

According to a newsletter sent by Jennifer and Ben, the pair got married on Saturday night at a church in Nevada after getting a marriage licence there, as reported by People Magazine.

Jennifer wrote in the newsletter, “Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient. Exactly what we wanted.”

According to The Los Angeles Times, Jennifer called herself ‘Mrs. Jennifer Lynn Affleck.’
