Rihanna, Taylor Swift & More Are Self Made & Rich
Recently, global magazine Forbes released their annual lists. One of the many results was the entire list of the Richest Self-Made Women. Some of the illustrious names that scored spots on the list included Madonna, Taylor Swift, and Rihanna.
Although Johnelle Hunt topped the list, these celebrity musicians certainly made their mark on the list. Rihanna secured the highest ranking spot amongst these women. She scored the No.33 spot on the prestigious list. The 32-year-old has made some big waves this year and this is another accolade she can add to her long list of achievements.
Details On Rihanna’s Entry:
Not only is this the first time Rihanna is making the list but she’s also made her debut at a very high rank. Forbes estimates Ri-Ri’s net worth to be a staggering $600 million. This value has been estimated following calculation using her rising stock prices from September 11, 2020.
One would imagine that Rihanna’s net worth would have plummeted following the cancellation of all her shows, but it only looks like Rihanna’s value has gone up.
According to Forbes, Rihanna’s leading source of income is her cosmetics line Fenty Beauty. The company raked in over $600 million in sales in 2019. While this may have been her highest revenue stream, the ‘Disturbia’ singer also made the most of other avenues.
Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty lingerie line raised $50 million from investors. Adding to her great year, her charitable Clara Lionel Foundation raised $22.5 million for COVID-19 relief. Those certainly are some amazing numbers!

As these superstars continue to make it big in other ways, this is a clear reminder that good music isn’t the only thing they are capable of.
