Love truly took centre stage during Bad Bunny's unforgettable Super Bowl halftime show.

In the middle of the Puerto Rican superstar's 13-minute performance at Levi's Stadium, viewers witnessed a joyful surprise: a real wedding ceremony, complete with a lively reception. Entertainment Weekly later confirmed that the on-stage wedding was completely real.

Was The Wedding in Bad Bunny's Performance Real?

Bad Bunny's representatives did not immediately comment on the wedding moment, but NBC News journalist Rohan Nadkarni shared on X that the couple had originally invited Bad Bunny to their wedding. Instead, he turned the tables and invited them to say their vows during his halftime performance. No additional details about the couple were shared.

The magical moment happened just after Bad Bunny wrapped up a short section of his song 'Monaco.' Cameras cut to a smiling bride and groom standing in front of a large wedding party. After the officiant declared them married, the couple shared a quick kiss and headed to a nearby table as the celebration kicked off.

The reception quickly turned into a full-blown party. Lady Gaga stepped onto the stage to perform her Grammy-winning duet with Bruno Mars, 'Die With a Smile.' Bad Bunny joined the fun in an all-white outfit, dancing alongside Gaga to his hit 'Baile Inolvidable' while the newlyweds sliced into a towering wedding cake.

Bad Bunny continued to enjoy the moment, dancing with a little girl and gently waking a child who had fallen asleep using a football as a pillow. The camera then returned to the couple just in time for their first dance.

Cheering them on, Bad Bunny encouraged the newlyweds to keep dancing as they swayed together and shared another kiss, surrounded by applauding dancers. The segment ended with Bad Bunny playfully falling backwards into the crowd to the beat of his song 'NuevaYol.'

The wedding was just one of many heartfelt highlights in the Puerto Rican superstar's performance. Earlier in the show, he gifted one of his recent Grammy awards to a young boy portraying a younger version of himself, sharing a touching message that translated to forever in you.

Bad Bunny had plenty to celebrate himself. He took home three Grammy Awards last weekend and made history when his album 'Debí Tirar Más Fotos' became the first Spanish-language album to win Album of the Year.
