Dolly Parton sent love and gratitude to fans this Thanksgiving while continuing to recover from recent health challenges. The country music legend shared a warm holiday video message on X after being forced to miss several public appearances due to medical reasons.
In the video, Parton offered Thanksgiving blessings to her supporters and their families. Wearing a simple taupe cardigan against a neutral background, she delivered a heartfelt message of appreciation and ended by expressing her enduring love for her fans, referencing the spirit of her iconic 1974 ballad 'I Will Always Love You.'

Dolly Parton's Health Challenges
Parton's message came just days after she provided a health update following the postponement of a series of Las Vegas concerts earlier this fall. She explained that she had been dealing with several health issues and that her doctors advised her to rest. She also expressed regret about missing the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions Hall of Fame induction ceremony for her Dollywood theme park, where she thanked the organisation for the honour through a recorded video instead.

Her recent health struggles have also affected other appearances. Dolly Parton accepted her Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award remotely instead of attending the Academy's Governors Awards in person. She also missed a major Dollywood press conference in September due to complications from a kidney stone while the park celebrated its 40th anniversary and announced a new NightFlight roller coaster and water ride hybrid.
Earlier, concern spread among fans after Parton's sister, Freida, asked for prayers online. Freida later clarified that there was no reason for alarm and that Parton was simply feeling under the weather. Parton followed up with her own message, reassuring fans that she was not in critical condition and that she remained focused on recovery and continuing her work.

The singer, known for classics like 'Jolene' and '9 to 5,' has also been coping with the recent loss of her husband of more than 60 years, Carl Dean. Despite personal and health challenges, Dolly Parton continues to stay connected with her fans and spread positivity during the holiday season.
