Renowned for his captivating on-screen persona and growing Hollywood fame, Glen Powell recently made an open admission about the one thing he wishes he could "do-over" in his life. The actor, who is promoting his new Hulu series 'Chad Powers,' reflected on his early adolescence and acknowledged that he regrets participating in a reality show. He also talked about how he has developed over the years, his future ideas, and his changing career.

A Teenage Gamble He'd Like Back

Powell disclosed during the 'Chad Powers' premiere that he took part in the early reality TV program 'Endurance' when he was around 13 years old. He acknowledged that he was eliminated in the first episode after tripping during a physical challenge; he now describes this as "very sad" and would appreciate the opportunity to relive it.

He rarely talks about that period of his life, but during the conversation, he freely discussed how the early humiliation and exposure affected his perception of celebrity and self-worth. Powell admitted that he occasionally had a lasting sense of regret, particularly when considering how things might have ended out if the event had gone differently.

He didn't think twice about framing this recollection at the 'Chad Powers' event as more than a simple childhood slip-up; instead, he described it as a turning point that gave him perspective on the entertainment industry and humility. Instead of focusing on regret, Powell seems to use it as a prism to see how far he's come—from a driven youngster seeking fame on television to a multidimensional actor, writer, and producer.

What's Next?

Powell's career is at an all-time high right now. He co-created and appears in the sports comedic series 'Chad Powers,' which will launch on Hulu. He portrays a disgraced collegiate quarterback in it who decides to start over by adopting a false identity. He has more influence and creativity over his job because he is not only the show's main actor but also its executive producer and writer.

In addition to 'Chad Powers,' Powell's upcoming projects include the movie adaption of 'The Running Man,' which will require him to execute action-packed work that even worries his mother. In interviews, he has also emphasized his preference for characters that challenge him on an emotional, physical, and creative level over formulaic roles. Powell maintains that despite his busy schedule, he is not exhausted and is instead inspired by the challenges that lie ahead.

Regarding his personal life, he has acknowledged his aspirations outside of acting as well. He has stated that he is open to love but doesn't actively seek it out, preferring to find the right person on his own. He also frequently attributes his grounding to his parents, who even made an appearance in 'Chad Powers,' which he views as a testament to their continuous involvement in his life.
