On 17th September, Disney Branded Television formally announced, that 'Camp Rock 3,' one of its most recognizable musical franchises, will return with a new twist. Demi Lovato, who played Mitchie Torres in the original films, will be returning in a new creative role as executive producer, and the Jonas Brothers—Kevin, Joe, and Nick—will return as "Connect 3." The new film, which is now being filmed in Vancouver, promises to combine the nostalgia of the first movies with a new generation of youthful talent and upbeat music, providing something for both new and devoted audiences.

In June 2008, the first version of 'Camp Rock' was released. It presented Shane Gray, a pop star looking to rediscover his spark, and Mitchie Torres, a quiet but talented vocalist who attends summer camp. Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers both achieved unprecedented fame as a result of the movie. No release date has been announced yet for 'Camp Rock 3.' It's currently in production, and according to Disney, it will premiere on Disney+ and Disney Channel.
