The business mogul added that she chose to be transparent about her facelift because she believes openness can be encouraging for others who may be struggling with self-image. She noted that she has always felt strongly about sharing her personal experiences, even recalling how her hip replacement was filmed, because she hopes her honesty can be helpful. She also mentioned that her daughter, Kylie, accompanied her on the day of surgery, while Kim stayed connected through FaceTime throughout the process.

Kris Jenner has long discussed cosmetic procedures publicly. In 2015, she spoke about having multiple breast augmentation surgeries, including a revision of implants she received in the 1980s.
