Carpenter chose a more subtle still fashionable trench-and-skirt ensemble, while Swift wore nearly six-inch Gucci platform heels with a stunning Thom Browne miniskirt and polo top. The outing, which took place in SoHo, highlighted not only their friendship but also Swift's ability to make even a casual night out a major style moment, following her recent public appearances with fiancé Travis Kelce.

On Friday evening (9th November) in SoHo, New York City, Taylor Swift made a dramatic entrance beside Sabrina Carpenter, stepping out for dinner at The Corner Store in a fashion‑forward ensemble that instantly turned heads. With a pair of bright red Gucci Women's Horsebit Platform Slingback Pumps, which sell for about $1,560, Swift, who already towers at around 5′10″, added nearly six inches to her height. She accessorized the heels with a matching Thom Browne ensemble, which included an asymmetric wool miniskirt that cost around $2,360 and a stripe-detail polo shirt that cost about $1,110. 

Carpenter, on the other hand, went for a more subtle yet stylish ensemble, which included a black miniskirt, black sheer tights, a camel overcoat, black kitten heels, and a white turtleneck sweater. A quilted black purse completed the ensemble. Swift’s sky-high platforms and Carpenter's more modest heels accentuated the height gap between the two, which became a playful topic of conversation among fans.
