Timothée Chalamet earned a Best Leading Actor nomination for his performance as Marty Reisman in the table tennis drama 'Marty Supreme.' The film had a strong showing overall, picking up 11 nominations, including Best Film and Best Original Screenplay.
The BAFTAs followed a major win for Chalamet at the 2026 Golden Globe Awards, where he took home Best Performance by a Male Actor. During his emotional speech, he reflected on the gratitude his father instilled in him growing up, explaining that it helped him accept past losses with humility and pride. He admitted that those earlier disappointments made his recent success even more meaningful. He went on to thank his parents and his partner, expressing his love and appreciation.
Jenner, attending as his date, was visibly moved in the audience when he acknowledged her.

Timothée Chalamet's Other Win
Chalamet also won Best Actor at the 2026 Critics' Choice Awards, where he once again thanked Jenner from the stage. He credited their three-year relationship as a strong foundation in his life, saying he could not have achieved the milestone without her support and expressing heartfelt gratitude.
Jenner responded from the audience with a loving message of her own, mouthing that she loved him too.
Directed by Josh Safdie, 'Marty Supreme' follows a driven ping pong player chasing greatness at any cost. To prepare for the demanding role, Chalamet reportedly trained in table tennis for years, fully committing himself to bringing the character to life.
