There is a noticeable new detail in the first trailer for 'Toy Story 5'—and fans were quick to spot it. Woody is sporting a bald spot.
More than 30 years after the original 'Toy Story' debuted in 1995, Tom Hanks is once again voicing the beloved cowboy. This time, however, the fifth instalment leans into the idea that the toys are not as new as they once were.
Woody is Not Young Anymore in 'Toy Story 5'
In one funny moment from the trailer, Woody lifts his cowboy hat to reveal a shiny patch on the back of his head. The smooth plastic spot catches the sunlight and reflects it straight into the eyes of the other toys, temporarily blinding them. The group reacts in pain, and Trixie, the blue Triceratops, jokes that Woody might need a brown marker to fill in the bare patch so it matches the rest of his hair.
Check Out the Trailer:
The new film follows Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Mr Potato Head and the rest of Bonnie Anderson's toys as they face a modern challenge. A new character named Lilypad, a frog-shaped smart tablet voiced by Greta Lee, begins to pull Bonnie's attention away from her classic toys.
At one point in the trailer, Lilypad mocks Woody's appearance, suggesting he looks like an old toy. Forky quickly jumps in to point out that the tablet thinks Woody is old because he is bald.
Alongside Hanks, Tim Allen returns as Buzz Lightyear and Joan Cusack reprises her role as Jessie. The cast also includes Conan O'Brien as a tech toy named Smarty Pants, while Tony Hale returns as Forky.

The story centres on the toys struggling to stay relevant in a high-tech world where gadgets compete for Bonnie's attention. The big question hanging over the film is whether playtime will ever be the same.
'Toy Story 5' is set to arrive in theatres on 19th June.
