Bebe Rexha called out TikTok for highlighting a suggested search about being overweight.  “Seeing that search bar is so upsetting,” she tweeted above a screenshot which shows “bebe rexha weight” written into the related search history. “I’m not mad cause it’s true. I did gain weight. But it just sucks. Thank you to all the people who love me no matter what.” Fans showed support to Bebe Rexha, wherein one wrote, “I love her for being so unique and real, she loves herself inside and outside and we can see it.” Another wrote, “Beautiful she is.”. People also called out TikTok’s interface for suggesting the search terms. “Someone at @tiktokus’s policies team needs to change what comes up on the related search bar, right now! This is toxic and terrible!” YouTuber Kandee Johnson wrote. “@TikTokSupport you need to do better. Care about the people on your platform and not make it toxic like this.”

Katy Perry just helped North West make her Las Vegas debut. North West, who is the nine-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, joined the singer onstage during her PLAY residency. She was seen showing off her moves for a dance party with friends that her mom would approve of. “I’m a huge fan of your TikTok,” Perry told North. Kim Kardashian was photographed filming the moment with immense pride from the audience. “I’ve seen a couple of them that you’ve made. You’re a really good dancer, and I thought what better way to be a great dancer than to show the world your awesome dance moves?” North readily agreed, but had one condition: “Can my friends come out with me?” she asked Katy Perry who thought for a second and then gave her approval. Three girls including North West joined Perry on the stage, one of whom was Gracie Teefey, North’s frequent TikTok collaborator and Selena Gomez’s little sister. They joined Perry for her single ‘Swish Swish’, and while Perry sang, they took turns doing their best cartwheels. Once the event ended, Perry met Kim Kardashian, Sia and Paris Hilton backstage. 

Doja Cat finds it amusing that there is an entire demonic discourse around her new tattoo. The singer inadvertently reignited satanic panic with her recent tattoo of a scaled, animal figure who is crossbred with female attributes. She took to social media to respond to people who were claiming that she is engaging in unholy behaviour.  One Twitter user enquired, “What’s the point of writing your music and creating something if it isn’t considered timeless?! I HOPE THAT THIS ALBUM has no demonic influence. If it does, not worth listening to. I said what I said. If you don’t like it, take your grievances to @god and @jesus.” Doja responded  by saying, “Slay girl yas.” Another user wrote, “I show up when it’s time for their soul to GO TO HELL. Now play on that @dojacat, the only person in a ritual putting demonic s–t on my page.”
