Pearl Jam Has Announced The Reissue of ‘Yield’ on its 25th Anniversary

Pearl Jam has announced a reissue package for their album 'Yield' to commemorate its 25th anniversary. The Seattle grunge icons' fifth studio album was released in February 1998 and included the tracks 'Given To Fly' and 'Do The Evolution'. To commemorate its anniversary, ‘Vinyl Me, Please’ will reissue the album on translucent red and black vinyl. It will be the company's first release from its new audiophile-grade pressing plant in Denver, Colorado. It is expected to start shipping in late summer. 'Yield' is now available in spatial audio on Spotify, Apple Music and other streaming services. In addition, the band's ‘Give Way’ concert film is being pressed on vinyl and CD for the first time as a live album for Record Store Day 2023.

The Latest Episode of Queen's YouTube Series Features a Celebration of Their Song ‘Now I'm Here’

The sixth episode of Queen's 50-week YouTube series ‘Queen: The Greatest Live’, which celebrates their live performances of 'Now I'm Here,' has been released. The song, from Queen's 1974 album 'Sheer Heart Attack,' has become their standard set opener and is their most-played live song.  Episode 6 of the YouTube series features four live performances of 'Now I'm Here,' including two classic clips with Freddie Mercury from the London Rainbow '74 and London Hammersmith '75 shows, as well as performances by Queen and Adam Lambert from Summer Sonic, Tokyo in 2014 and, most recently, from the band's Rhapsody Over London show 2022.
