With award season in full swing, some of the biggest stars of the music world might just have to get a seperate room for all their new trophies! Over the past few months, we've witnessed some spectacular live stages along with some brilliant winners: both newbies and seasoned acts bagging awards, at every corner.
And now, keeping the award-season cheer at an all-time high, the E! People's Choice Awards have just dished out their enormous list of nominees. They've also introduced a string of new categories like: The New Artist of 2020, The Collaboration Song of 2020 and The Soundtrack Song of 2020. With a whopping 44 categories across movies, television, music and pop culture - the 2020 People's Choice Awards will certainly be a night to remember. So, without further ado, let's dive right into music's biggest nominees, shall we?

1. Justin Bieber leads the pack with a whopping seven nominations in some of the biggest categories like: album of the year, male artist of the year, favorite song of the year, music video of the year and more.

2. The Weeknd is also a strong contender in many of these categories, with his latest effort, "After Hours" standing tall under the Album of the Year umbrella.

3. Lady Gaga is also tied with Justin Bieber with the most nominations in categories like, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Female Artist of 2020 and more. No doubt, 'Rain on Me' is sure to bag a good few wins.

4. With endless years of experience under her belt, Jennifer Lopez is slated to receive the people’s icon award this year.

5. No surprises here, BTS are in line to win an array of awards in areas like: The Group of 2020, The Song of 2020 and interestingly, the big mama of all categories: The Album of 2020 for their latest effort, "Map of the Soul: 7".

6. Speaking of top notch albums, Taylor Swift's "Folklore" is also up for some hefty wins, while the star herself stands tall under the Female Artist of the Year category.

7. DaBaby's monumental rise to fame has not gone unnoticed, earning him nominations in categories like the Male Artist of 2020 and Song of 2020 for 'Rockstar,' featuring Roddy Ricch.

8. There's never a dull moment in the rap scene and Megan Thee Stallion's the reason for it. Her stellar hit 'WAP,' alongside Cardi B has scored big and the star herself has scored a nomination in the Female Artist of 2020 category.

10. And last but not least, the phenomenal Latin act, Bad Bunny has made it to one of the biggest categories: Male Artist of 2020, while also scoring nominations in the Album of 2020 and Latin Artist of 2020 categories.
