Charli XCX Shares New Song ‘Hot Girl (Bodies Bodies Bodies)’ From Upcoming Slasher

Before it appears in a highly anticipated horror movie, Charli XCX has released a brand-new song titled ‘Hot Girl (Bodies Bodies Bodies).’

The song, which was co-produced by Charli and George Daniel of The 1975, finds the ‘Beg For You’ singer revisiting some of the musical and lyrical themes of her ‘Vroom Vroom’ period, making some direct references as follows: “Cause I’m really hot, dancing in stilettos on the table top/ Rodeo Drive is where I like to shop/ And I can race you there in my Bentley truck (vroom vroom).”

The new A24 slasher ‘Bodies Bodies Bodies’ is expected to feature ‘Hot Girl.’

In the movie, Sophie (Amandla Stenberg) throws a house party to introduce her girlfriend Bee (Maria Bakalova) to her group of friends. The group must find out who is to blame as they play a murder-in-the-dark game that results in a real-life murder.

Myha’la Herrold (Industry), Pete Davidson (Saturday Night Live), Lee Pace (Guardians Of The Galaxy), Rachel Sennott (Shiva Baby) and Chase Sui Wonders (Generation) are other cast members of ‘Bodies Bodies Bodies’.

In other Charli news, the singer will perform a brief concert in Brighton as part of the Revive Live Tour, sponsored by The National Lottery and the Music Venue Trust, on 31st August.

“I love playing in Brighton and I’m so happy to be going there to support Concorde 2 and bring energy and fun back into the space,” the ‘Crash’ singer said in a statement regarding the 600-capacity show.
