Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck 'Still Moving Forward' With Divorce Despite Friendly Lunch

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are not rekindling their romance, despite recently sharing a friendly lunch with their kids. According to a source, they "are still moving forward with the divorce" and "working out financial details amicably."

The lunch, which took place at the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel included Affleck's children Seraphina (15) and Samuel (12), along with Lopez's twins Max and Emme (16). Affleck's eldest daughter, Violet (18), was not present as she is currently attending Yale University.

Despite spending the summer on different coasts, Lopez and Affleck have come together multiple times in the past few months to celebrate family milestones, including their children's graduations. The source shared that while divorce is challenging, the kids have always enjoyed each other's company, and seeing them happy is Lopez's priority.

Lopez recently made her first public appearance since filing for divorce in August, attending the premiere of ‘Unstoppable’ at the Toronto International Film Festival.

A source mentioned she was glad to shift the focus back to her work, saying, "She's over the attention on her personal life" and felt uplifted by returning to the spotlight for her career. Though Affleck co-produced the film with his longtime collaborator Matt Damon, he did not attend the event.
