Kid Cudi Returns To The Moon For The Third Time

Kid Cudi is the chosen one for flying to the moon, yet again! We mean, not physically but with his music for sure. The singer is releasing his trilogy album, “Man on the Moon III: The Chosen” on November 11, 2020. What a Friday it’s going to be.

Kid Cudi shared an abstract album artwork, along with the tracklist and made it clear that he’s not travelling solo. The featured artist on the album includes Shakira, Pop Smoke, Trippie Redd, Phoebe Bridges and more. The album is divided into four phases, “Act 1: Return 2 Madness,” “Act 2: The Rager, The Menace,” “Act 3: Heart of Rose Gold” and “Act 4: Powers.”

The album’s liner notes read, “In the last 10 years, Scott Mescudi has been through hell and back. After feeling like his world was over, he found hope and overcame the darkness that was plaguing his life. But happiness isn’t forever. What he thought was peace turns into a nightmare. He finds himself lost dealing with the same pain he had not felt in years. In one night, he must face himself again and fight to win back his soul from the evil Mr. Rager.”

“Man On the Moon” Journey

Kid Cudi started the trip back in 2009 with his studio album “Man on the Moon: The End of Day”. Be it commercially or allowing the singer to set his foot in the industry, it went on to achieve a lot of success. The album even earned a double-platinum certification by RIAA and bagged three Grammy nominations.

Kid Cudi didn’t take a lot of time, a year to be precise, to drop another album, “Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager”. However, he’s taken a decade to release the third expedition which all of us are excited for.

As we wait, for the release of the album, you can surely be assured of being locked on to this space for all the details regarding the album.
