‘Mood’ Remix with Justin Bieber and J Balvin: Listen

24kGoldn and iann diorr’s track, ‘Mood’, has officially undergone the full pop star treatment. Justin Bieber and J Balvin hopped onto the first official remix, as previously announced. The track was released earlier today and features two brand new verses – Bieber’s rendition of the original and a spicy Spanish verse from J Balvin.

The Journey of ‘Mood’

This remix marks Bieber and Balvin’s second collaboration, following their first – a remix of Justin’s 2015 hit, ‘Sorry’. On ‘Mood’, the duo arrives with some witty quips, mellow tones and the star factor this track needs to continue it stint on the charts.

Bieber sings, “I know at times I can have a couple screws loose/ I’m tryna connect to your body, girl, like it’s Bluetooth/ You know what I mean, you know what I need”. As far as the gravity of the remix goes, the track sounds near alike to the original. But, the added star power on the new rendition is bound to help the track’s longevity.

‘Mood’ shot to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 10 weeks after it made its debut on the music scene. Further, since scoring No. 1, it has managed to occupy a space on the chart, and others world over.

A New Era for Bieber

Now, new music seems to be all the rage for the artists on this track. In addition to his feature on the ‘Mood’ remix, Bieber also released an acoustic arrangement of his previously released single, ‘Holy’, featuring Chance The Rapper.

In addition, the singer has been treating fans to live performances of his other single, ‘Lonely’. Further, fans speculate that the Canadian singer-songwriter is all set to release a follow-up studio album to ‘Changes’, soon.
