SZA Will Make Her Film Debut With Chloe Cherry From ‘Euphoria’ in ‘Tuna Melt’

According to rumours, SZA will make her film acting debut in ‘Tuna Melt’ opposite Chloe Cherry of Euphoria.

Eddie Huang, a writer and restaurateur, is directing and writing the movie, which is his second film endeavor after last year’s ‘Boogie’.

‘Tuna Melt’ has been characterized as “an updated Pulp Fiction meets High Fidelity,” according to Deadline. Huang will play the major part in the movie as a hitman who meets his true love after providing his services.

SZA will reportedly play Huang’s love interest, while Cherry’s part is yet unknown. Scooter Braun and James Shin will make ‘Tuna Melt’ for SB Projects. The release date is not fixed yet. SZA and rising singer Doechii collaborated on a new remix of the latter’s hit ‘Persuasive’ last month.

SZA also just shared a deluxe edition of her 2017 debut album ‘Ctrl’ in honor of the album’s fifth anniversary. Six previously unheard songs were also included in the updated version, along with an alternative take of the Travis Scott collaboration ‘Love Galore.’

While all is going on, her second album is reportedly in the works. The celebrity declared the album was finally ready to go, more than she’s ever felt before.
