Ed Sheeran has once again teamed up with actor Rupert Grint for an upcoming music video titled 'A Little More', set to premiere recently. This marks a long-awaited reunion between the global pop star and the 'Harry Potter' actor, 14 years after Grint famously starred in Sheeran’s iconic 'Lego House' video in 2011.
In the original video, Rupert Grint portrayed a delusional fan and Ed Sheeran lookalike who becomes obsessed with the singer, eventually being arrested after breaking into his tour bus. Now, it appears the new video will pick up where that story left off—possibly following the character's release from prison. A teaser suggests Grint is reprising his role in a bizarre continuation of the original narrative.
Ed Sheeran's Idea on New Music Video
Sheeran recently shared a preview clip across his social media platforms, expressing his excitement about collaborating with Grint again. The idea for the video reportedly came to him after writing the upbeat yet emotionally charged track. He described the visual concept as completely wild—matching the song’s energetic and slightly angry tone—and hinted that it may become a fan favourite from his upcoming album.

'A Little More' will feature on Ed Sheeran's next album, 'Play', which is due for release in September 2025. The album has been teased with three tracks so far—'Azizam,' 'Old Phone,' and 'Sapphire.' Sheeran plans to drop new songs every two to three weeks until the full release, keeping fans hooked.
What Does Ed Sheeran's New Album Reflect?
Ed Sheeran revealed that 'Play' was his way of channelling creativity during one of the darkest times in his life.
The record includes high-profile collaborations, such as 'Drive', a rock-infused track featuring John Mayer and Dave Grohl, which was created for the Formula 1 film.

In addition to the album and music videos, Sheeran is set to perform three major homecoming shows in Ipswich this summer. He also launched a charity art initiative called Cosmic Carpark Paintings, with proceeds supporting the Ed Sheeran Foundation. The foundation aims to make quality music education easily accessible to children throughout the UK.
With the return of Rupert Grint and a bold new visual concept, 'A Little More' is poised to be one of Ed Sheeran’s most memorable releases yet.
