About 'One Battle After Another'
'One Battle After Another' blends intense action with layered storytelling. DiCaprio stars as Bob, a former revolutionary who has been living in hiding with his daughter, Willa, after his radical group, the French 75, was dismantled by federal authorities years earlier. Their quiet life is shattered when a relentless military figure from Bob's past resurfaces. When Willa disappears, Bob is forced back into action, confronting old promises and unfinished business as he searches for his daughter.
Along with its HBO Max debut on 19th December, the film will also air on traditional television the following night, Saturday, 20th December. Continuing HBO Max's commitment to accessibility, the movie will also be available in an ASL version, featuring interpretation by Otis Jones and direction by Giovanni Maucere.
