Fans of Michael B. Jordan and spine‑tingling horror rejoice: 'Sinners,' the haunting supernatural thriller from director Ryan Coogler, is finally coming to homes around the world. The film is now scheduled for a phased OTT rollout, which will include early digital availability, secure streaming platforms, and region-specific premieres to reach audiences throughout India, after a tremendously successful theater run that started on 18th April, 2025.

Sinners' well-thought-out, phased worldwide release plan contributed to the development of expectation in all regions. The movie made its theatrical debut in North America on 18th April, and by late April or early May, it had progressively spread to other countries, including the UK, Australia, and a few European countries.
By purposefully delaying its debut, OTT was able to boost box office receipts and prepare for a powerful internet push. On 3rd June, digital rentals and purchases were made accessible worldwide, providing audiences in other countries with early access to their homes. The U.S. and other Max-supported regions were included in the formal streaming launch on 4th July.
India Streaming & Global Availability
The Week reports that 'Sinners' is set to stream in India on JioHotstar from 18th September for subscribers, with no additional rental or purchase fees. Up until that point, Indian fans can still rent the movie online for a premium price of about ₹499 on sites like Amazon Prime Video and BookMyShow Stream, however there is currently no support for regional languages. By providing audiences with numerous entrance points based on area and subscription status, this technique is in line with the staggered international approach.
