The sequel, led once again by Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne, follows the events of the 2022 Matt Reeves—directed film. Industry reports indicate that Johansson is in the final stages of negotiation, though her character has not yet been revealed.
Meanwhile, Zoë Kravitz—who played Selina Kyle/Catwoman in 'The Batman'—is reportedly not expected to return for the follow-up, according to Variety.
