Before 'Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle' lands in cinemas, it's worth revisiting the four major story arcs that have brought the series to this point. Tanjiro Kamado, a good-hearted lad who turns into a "Demon Slayer" after his family is massacred by demons and his sister Nezuko is transformed into one, is introduced to us in Season 1, sometimes referred to as the 'Unwavering Resolve Arc.' The series' tone was established by its emotional core and stunning animation.

Season 2 is divided into two halves. The first is the 'Mugen Train Arc,' which follows Tanjiro and his friends as they face formidable monsters and go through intense emotional hardships on a haunted train. This storyline was also made into a feature film, which was a box office success worldwide. Some of the most intense fights in the series take place during the 'Entertainment District Arc,' which takes place in the second half of Season 2. Tanjiro and the flamboyant Hashira, Tengen Uzui, fight upper-rank demons in a glittering red-light district.

The action moves to a secret village in Season 3, also known as the 'Swordsmith Village Arc,' where the blades used by the Demon Slayer Corps are created. In order to defend the community, Tanjiro and his comrades must battle even more vicious demons here. Season 4, 'The Hashira Training Arc,' the most current season, gets the audience and the main characters ready for the last battle. In order to prepare for the epic events of Infinity Castle, this arc places more emphasis on discipline, growth, and the rigorous training under the elite Hashira than it does on battle.

Why it Matters Now

With 'Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle' set to release in India on 12th and 13th September, depending on sources—and boasting unprecedented 5 a.m. screenings in select cities—the urgency is real. Fans should finish streaming the main four seasons in order to fully immerse themselves in the storyline's culmination. For extra excitement, they can choose to participate in Crunchyroll's livestream marathon.
