The main track from ‘Harry’s House,’ which was released in April, is currently dominating the US Billboard Hot 100 song chart.

With songs like ‘Uptown Funk!’ by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars, ‘I Gotta Feeling’ by the Black Eyed Peas, and ‘I Will Always Love You’ by Whitney Houston, which spent 14 weeks at the top, it tied for the fourth longest reign in the Billboard Hot 100’s 65-year history.

Since Lil Nas X’s ‘Old Town Road’ (with Billy Ray Cyrus) held the top spot for a record-breaking 19 weeks in 2019, ‘As It Was’ has had the longest Billboard run.

In addition, ‘As It Was’ is tied with Elton John’s ‘Candle In The Wind’ (1997), Whitney Houston’s ‘I Will Always Love You’ (1992) and Mariah Carey’s ‘We Belong Together’ (2005) as the longest-running Number One song by a solo artist.

The song has topped the charts in 24 different nations. Last month, the former member of One Direction announced that he is already developing ideas for his fourth solo album.
