The Swedish music group that split up back in 1982 after the two couples broke up, is now making a comeback. No one knows what exactly they will be releasing, but they are expected to reunite for a performance in London, where they will sing new songs for the first time in forty years. Whatever it is, their fans sure are excited to see what they’ve got in store.

ABBA has launched a website known as ABBA Voyage site and they’re encouraging people to sign up in order to receive information.

According to a tweet, the site will be going live on September 2nd. The tweet read “Join us at ABBAVoyage.com,” and was re-tweeted by ABBA’s official account. On the website people could register to “be first in line to hear more about ABBA Voyage.”

In 2018 the four members of ABBA, Benny Andersson, Agnetha Fältskog, Anna-Frid Lyngstad and Björn Ulvaeus announced they have new music coming. While they had announced two new songs, due to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, they will now be releasing three new songs.

Formed in 1972 by the four members: Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad, ABBA rose to fame in 1972 when they won the Eurovision competition with their hit Waterloo.

According to The Jerusalem Post, ABBA has sold hundreds of millions of albums thanks to their iconic hits that include “Dancing Queen” and “Money, Money, Money”, and they gained even more fame in 2008, with the release of Mama Mia!, a film based on their songs.Since the band separated in 1982, they have not performed together, making the coming performance a treat for their fans.

Even though we thanked them for the music, diehard Abba-ficionados held out little hope of a reunion or new hits, especially after the group declined an offer of US$1 billion back in 2000 to reunite for a concert. Abba even told Billboard magazine in 2014: “You will never see us on stage again. We don’t need the money, for one thing.”
