Parasite won Best Picture, making it the first non-English film to ever win in that category at the Oscars. Director of the same, Bong Joon Ho won Best Director, while the film went on to win the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay as well.

Elton John and Bernie Taupin took home the Oscar for Best Original Song for their beautiful OST from Rocketman – “I’m Going to Love Me Again”, while teen pop sensation Billie Eilish stunned the audience with her rendition of The Beatles “Yesterday”
