Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness have officially brought their 27-year marriage to a close, marking the end of one of Hollywood’s longest-lasting love stories. According to online court records from New York’s Suffolk County Supreme Court, the divorce was finalised on 12th June, though the documents were only made public this week.
Furness, 69, filed for divorce from the 'Deadpool & Wolverine' star Hugh Jackman in May, nearly nine months after the pair first announced their separation in September 2023. Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness, who tied the knot back in 1996, are parents to two grown children, Ava and Oscar.

While the initial split was described as amicable, Furness later shared that the experience had been deeply painful. She described the breakup as an emotionally scarring ordeal, expressing empathy for others who have experienced similar heartbreak.
Hugh Jackman's Involvement Currently
In recent months, 56-year-old Hugh Jackman has sparked romance rumours with Broadway star Sutton Foster, his former co-star from 'The Music Man'. The two were first seen together publicly during a romantic evening out in California earlier this year.
