Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Hints at Return of Stitch in Season 4

With the third season of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 coming to a close, players have been given a preview of what’s next—hinting at the reappearance of a familiar face. A recent cinematic released by Treyarch teases the return of Vikhor "Stitch" Kuzmin, a notable character from previous titles, possibly playing a major role in Season 4.

The mid-season content drop, which arrived on May 1, brought several updates to both Black Ops 6 and Warzone. Among the new additions were two multiplayer maps, a reworked version of Nuketown dubbed “Blazetown,” and fresh weapon options, including the Ladra SMG and a rocket mod kit for the Goblin Mk2. The ongoing “High Art” event was also extended, now set to conclude on May 22.

The recently released cinematic reveals Russell Adler and his Black Ops team seeking redemption, turning to an unlikely ally—Stitch. He is shown imprisoned in a secure facility known as Camp Zeta, located in Iceland, following the events that unfolded in Black Ops Cold War. While the clip doesn’t reveal much, it clearly sets the stage for Stitch’s involvement in what’s to come.

Reactions to the teaser have been varied. While many are excited to see Stitch make a comeback, some players have expressed concerns about narrative clarity and continuity, especially in relation to past storylines from Warzone and earlier seasons.

With only a short time left in Season 3, fans still have the opportunity to earn rewards from the High Art event. If the developers stick to their usual release schedule, Season 4 is likely to begin around May 29, barring any changes.
